			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The journey of eating to live beings with cleaning out the kitchen.  So, that is what I did today.  I cleaned out my kitchen.  Just like Jillian Michaels said in her book and TV show, just like Joel Fuhrman, and many others said &#8211; Get it out of your kitchen!</p>
<p>So, I did.  I cleaned my pantry out.  I cleaned my fridge out.  What got spared?  Oatmeal, Whole Grains (actual wheat berries &#8211; not wheat bread), Beans, Vegetables, Fruit, Vinegars, Spices, and Herbs.  Everything else got the heave-ho.</p>
<p>Tomorrow I go to the grocery store and I fill my kitchen with a bounty of more foods like the ones listed above.</p>
<p>I moved the produce up from the produce drawers and now it is out on the fridge shelves to be seen and eaten.</p>
<p>I am excited to begin my new adventure.  It is RADICALLY different than anything I have ever done before and I am so happy to be embracing health!!! I can&#8217;t wait to &#8220;Eat to Live&#8221;!</p>
